Bicycle Rental
The hotel does not offer bicycle rental. If you would like to rent a bicycle during your stay, please refer to VisitSouthern Jutland, which offers bicycle rental.
Forgotten effects:
Personal belongings forgotten in the room or the hotel on departure are stored for a short period at the hotel, after which they are handed over for recycling or discarded. Unfortunately, we are unable to store the items for a longer period of time and are not liable for compensation either. If you bring personal effects, it is at your own risk. Contact if necessary the hotel by telephone as soon as possible after the stay to inquire about forgotten property still being stored.
We take responsibility for the environment: As a standard, we have chosen not to clean rooms during stays of more than 1 night. This is to reduce the hotel's electricity and water consumption. If you still want light cleaning, garbage collection, clean towels or other services, this is possible by arrangement with the reception at no charge.

Party and course rooms: We offer rooms with a capacity of up to 170 participants at tables and 350 in chairs. We also have several group rooms and all with modern AV equipment. Haderslev Park with its cozy path systems is an ideal break environment when your head needs to be refreshed.
Handicap-friendly facilities: The hotel has 1 disabled-friendly double room on the ground floor, where there is a bath chair and toilet with armrests. Please note that there is no lift in the hotel.
